Joining Arvist: An Open Letter from Our New Chief Operating Officer

For over 15 years, I have been passionate about transforming logistics through technology. This past summer, I joined Arvist to build solutions that are smarter, scalable, and more accessible. My perspective is simple: empower operators with better tools, give customers clear visibility, and provide executives with actionable insights.

What excites me most is the team behind the technology. It is inspiring to see a small, dedicated group deliver meaningful results every day. We are experimenting constantly, demystifying computer vision for operations, and developing lightweight solutions that address some of the biggest challenges in warehouses today.

The best ideas start on the floor.  That’s where the real problems (and opportunities) show up. I enjoy discovering opportunities and bringing practical insights to life, whether by walking the shop floor, observing workflows, or talking with operators. At Arvist, I get to turn those insights into tools that make work simpler, safer, and more efficient for operators, executives, and customers alike.

Every day, our team is helping operators who simply want things to work as expected. From the shop floor to the customer’s door, we are focused on creating real impact. Being part of a team that shares this mission is both humbling and energizing.

I am thrilled to be part of this journey and look forward to the work ahead. Together, we will continue to push the boundaries of what logistics technology can achieve.
