Two weeks ago, we opened the doors of the Arvist Experience Center for our VIP launch event. Industry leaders, Chicagoland community members, partners, and curious visitors came by to see what we’ve been building. We made sure everyone got a front-row seat.
Seeing Arvist in Action
Guests got an inside look at our Arvist quality control stations, guided by our CTO and dev team. From Arvist QC in a Box™ to packing, conveyor, shrink-wrap, and staging, they saw each station in action and learned not just how it works, but why it matters. Live demonstrations made the process click in a way slides or dashboards never could, highlighting the brains, effort, and teamwork behind every step.
The Team Behind It
Most of our team was in town that week, which made the day extra special. Seeing everyone together, walking guests through stations, answering questions, and sharing ideas reminded us why this team is so good at what they do. It’s one thing to read about quality control technology; it’s another to see the people who build it, explain it, and make it actually work.
The room felt full of energy. Guests were curious, asking questions, and getting genuinely excited about what Arvist can do.
And the timing couldn’t have been better. We were still riding high from our $4M funding announcement earlier in the week, which made sharing what’s next feel even sweeter. As Nilay, our CEO & Founder, put it:
“At Arvist, our entire philosophy is simple: build AI that works in real-world environments without asking clients to change their operations or invest in massive new infrastructure. The Experience Center reflects that philosophy. You don’t need to shut down operations or hope it’ll work in the real world. Here, you can test drive Arvist in a setup that mirrors your own workflow. Run live demos, simulate your use cases, and experiment with zero risk.“
We’re also grateful to Prologis for gifting us the space and believing in our solution. It gave us the perfect backdrop to show off the stations and let everyone explore freely.
Looking Ahead
The Arvist Experience Center isn’t just for VIPs. Customers, prospects, and anyone curious about AI in the warehouse can now stop by for on-site demos, see our systems in action, and experience firsthand what makes Arvist solutions different.
This launch was more than a demo. It’s what happens when humans who love what they do get to hang out with machines that love what they do. Here’s to the next chapter at Arvist, and to plenty more afternoons like this one that we’ll probably brag about.
