The Origins of Arvist

We started Arvist in 2023 because we kept seeing the same problem: warehouses struggling to balance speed, accuracy, and cost. Operators were stuck between two bad options:

1.  Absorb the cost of errors at the loading dock (damaged pallets, wrong SKUs, mislabeled shipments).

2.  Spend months and millions on complex automation projects that often don’t deliver.

Neither solution felt real or practical.

Arvist QC, or as we like to call it, QC in a Box, is our answer. A plug-and-play Vision AI system that gets to work the moment it’s unboxed. No IT setup, no workflow rewiring, just faster, smarter quality control.

As our CEO Nilay Parikh puts it:

“We don’t want advanced technology to be something only the biggest players can afford. Arvist QC is about making vision AI accessible for everyone.”

Why Warehouses Need a Smarter Approach

Warehouses lose $50B every year to shipment errors. Most automation solutions are expensive, rigid, or take months to implement. Arvist QC changes that:

°  Plug-and-play: install in a day and start catching mistakes immediately

°  Real-time detection: stop errors before they leave the dock

°  Universal fit: works across boxed and non-boxed products, multiple facility types

Operators already using Arvist QC are seeing real impact:

°  Fewer claims and compliance risks with clients seeing up to 50% reduction in claims

°  More time for staff to focus on higher-value work with over 70% reduction in manual labor required for QC

°  Increased speed and confidence in operations with warehouses seeing 35% faster shipments

What’s Next

This is just stage one. With this funding, we’re moving into stage two: scaling Arvist QC globally and building new capabilities. Immediate priorities include:

1.  Deploying Arvist QC in more warehouses across the U.S., LATAM, and Europe

2.  Expanding AI-powered QC to non-boxed products

3.  Growing our world-class team to build, deploy, and support this next-generation solution

This is just the beginning for smarter, faster, and safer warehouse operations. Check out the full press release here.
